What Are the Differences between the Beliefs of the Reform Catholic Church and the Roman Catholic Church?

The Reform Catholic Church follows the religious beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church, except that the Reform Catholic Church believes that the inherent spiritual equality between men and women justifies allowing both females and males, if qualified, to become clergy members.

The Reform Catholic Church also uses prayers and ceremonies of the Roman Catholic Church and Orthodox churches.  It is also similar in faith to Orthodox and Protestant churches.
